Naruto Lore: Tailed Beasts The nine tailed beasts and their most recent jinchūriki. The tailed beasts (尾獣, bijū), sometimes referred to as "Chakra Monsters" (チャクラのバケモノ, Chakura no Bakemono), are the nine titanic living forms of chakra created by the Sage of Six Paths out of the chakra from the Ten-Tails.
Like Sasuke, Naruto was gifted with Six Paths Powers from the Sage of Six Paths himself, making him one of the strongest people out there. He also gained the chakra of all nine of the Tailed Beasts, making him a pseudo-Ten Tails Jinchūriki.
Naruto generates the sixth tail of the nine tails mode in the battle against Nagato aka Pain.
Obito as the Ten-Tails' jinchuriki. Despite outclassing every ninja who faces him, Obito is backed into a corner by the combined efforts of Naruto along with the Second and Fourth Hokages.
Naruto eventually receives the other half of the Nine Tails' chakra which was sealed inside Minato (Zetsu steals it from Minato and gives it to Madara, Obito steals it from Madara and gives it back to Naruto). So yes, Naruto is the Jinchuuriki of one half of the Nine Tails' chakra in the epilogue.
Fū (フウ, Fū) was a kunoichi from Takigakure and the jinchūriki of the Seven-Tails.
Obviously, the answer to this question is no: Boruto did not inherit any of the Nine-Tails' chakra. The whiskers that appear over Naruto's face are the Nine Tails' mark. Getting a good look at the chakra pathway system inside of Naruto, Boruto has seen first hand the tailed beast that lay dormant inside of his father.

As a general rule of thumb, listing agents and appraisers don't count a finished basement toward the overall square footage, especially if the basement is completely below grade—a term that means below ground level. Whether an appraiser includes basement living space ultimately depends on which state you live in.
