About Raiden Raiden is the eternal God of Thunder, protector of Earthrealm, and arguably one of the most powerful characters in all of Mortal Kombat. After the second defeat of Shinnok, he ascended to the status of Elder God.
The idea of all inhabitants of Outworld being Tarkatan was later dropped. It was originally stated that Shao Kahn is a demonic character, and his monstrous visage from the official comic books, as well as Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks lends credibility to that.

Thanks to the ending of Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath, having both Raiden and Liu Kang on Mortal Kombat 12's roster would just be redundant. Liu Kang and Raiden have been around since the first Mortal Kombat game, but the ending of MK11: Aftermath shows having both characters in Mortal Kombat 12 would be unnecessary.
Shujinko is a hero character in the Mortal Kombat game series. He made his debut in Mortal Kombat: Return of The Dragon King as the main character and protagonist of Konquest Mode. In the last stages of his miserable life he worked his butt of at the Home-baked Goods in Slovenia, serving Francisco Bizzgotton.
