Yes, Mirio does get his quirk back in chapter 292. This is due to the fact that Eri rewound him, thus making him get his powers back. Though this isn't really all that good of an explanation, in my opinion, it's still good to know that Mirio is back.
Having been out of commission for some time, Lemillion is back on the battlefield in Chapter #292 of My Hero Academia and, even more surprising, he has full control of his Quirk again!
So in the recent anime episode Mirio or Lemillion lost his quirk while trying to save Eri. This has made him a fan favourite and rightly so. He is basically one of the best characters in the series. But it's sad to say that he has not regained his quirk yet(I mean in the manga).
But as the newest chapter explains, fans had predicted that Eri would be playing a major role in bringing Mirio back to his full Lemillion glory. Chapter 293 of the series immediately answers the question of how Mirio was able to get his quirk back as Deku asks him just that.
No she can't. Unlike Mirio who lost his quirk because he was shot with a drug made of Eri's blood he can eventually regain his quirk by having his body's “time” reversed.

Does Suneater Lose His Quirk Forever? No, Suneater does not lose his quirk forever. He was shot with a prototype version of the Quirk-Destroying bullets. His quirk returned before the raid on Overhaul's underground compound.
While Midoriya doesn't really stand much of a chance against Mirio normally, if he has Eri with him, he could potentially win. With Eri's help, Deku can go toe-to-toe against Mirio, and maybe even beat him. Eventually, Midoriya can fight Mirio on his own as well, but that's still a long way into the future.

Although Mirio was strong enough to defeat anyone in the organization, he ended up losing his Quirk due to the group targeting Eri when they were unable to beat him. Using his body to shield her from the quirk erasing bullet, Mirio became a tragic hero.
