Is Luffy resistant to fire?

According to BlockToro, it has been known that Luffy is immune to lightning, as seen in the Skypiea arc. Luffy may be using a Haki to diffuse Kaido's Bolo Breath. It's also possible that the Beast Pirates' ability is lightning and not a fire. If it's true, being a rubber makes Luffy immune to their attacks.

Can Luffy use ACES fire?

Luffy never got ace's power. He just has an attack that uses ace's flare. Sabo took on ace's power. He doesn't have Ace's power he just increased his power and speed to the point his punch catches fire through friction of the atmosphere/ocean floor.

How does Luffy use lightning?

It's presumably his use of Haki coupled with the static electricity being generated on his rubber skin. Think of how a rubber balloon works, but amplified by Luffy's abilities. This is also the reason why the electricity is completely discharged upon impact, working just like static.

Do swords hurt Luffy?

Luffy is like a high quality rubber but if the sword is sharp enough and particular amount of pressure is applied it could cut him.

Can Haki cut Buggy?

Sword attacks with haki can hurt Buggy but can't bleed him as haki can't nullify DF power in which he can't be bleed.
