To see if DoorDash is available in your neighborhood, visit http://www.doordash.com/food-delivery/ and enter your delivery address in the search bar and select find restaurants.
Select your order and click “Help” Select “Order Status” Follow the prompts to check when your order is going to be delivered and the status of your Dasher.

To find out if you are a Top Dasher, first go to the DoorDash driver login, then go to your Account in the Dasher app. Then tap Dasher Rewards. You get any Top Dasher rewards for the remaining of that month.
What Happens if No Dasher Picks up Your Order? If no Dasher picks up your order, it will get canceled after a certain amount of time, and the money will get refunded to you. There are a few reasons your order might not get picked up. To avoid this, make sure to tip your DoorDash driver when you place the order.
Reasons why an order may take longer than expected: The Dasher may be stuck in traffic. The Dasher may need to take a detour. The restaurant may be busy.

If your order is still not picked up after 30 minutes, DoorDash will cancel the order and refund you. If you choose to pick up the order yourself or reorder from a different Dasher, DoorDash will only refund the delivery fee and additional tips.
