It is possible that Goku trained in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber during the three years he trained with Kami and Mr. Popo during the Piccolo Jr. Saga, as he states that he already went in the Time Chamber when he was a kid.
As we learn from the Broly movie (and the changes it made to the canon) we learn that Goku is surprisingly around 43 years old. However, if you factor in the time he spent in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber (3 days in real time), he'd actually be around 46 years old.
Goku's main goal in the chamber was to get Gohan to become a Super Saiyan. After around three months in the chamber, Gohan was able to become one after redirecting an attack from Goku. They later trained together as sparring partners while looking for new levels as well.

While in the chamber, Goku shot up in height. Instead of spending a full year in the chamber, Goku only spent one month, as he could not handle the atmosphere.
Is chemistry or biology harder? Chemistry is harder than biology. Chemistry is a harder major because it is more math-intensive and has a greater number of challenging concepts. Memorizing can take you quite far in biology, but not so much in chemistry.
Chick-fil-A wanted to serve a grilled chicken breast that tastes like it came off a backyard grill, but the technology simply didn't exist at the time. So, Chick-fil-A's engineering team invented it. The patented high-tech grill cooks the chicken quickly and keeps it moist by locking in flavor.
