No, you don't need a sharingan to perform chidori. The Chidori is a high concentration of lightning chakra around the user's hand. The Chidori was created by Kakashi Hatake after he failed to apply his lightning- nature to the Rasengan.
Kakashi's own double Mangekyo Sharingan power is far superior to Guy's eight gates. Even though Guy almost touches the speed of light, Kakashi's Kamui is instantaneous. He's fast enough to blitz even Kaguya Otsutsuki, and as such, Might Guy stands no chance.
Kakashi has shown using non-Sharingan Genjutsu in Part 1 in the manga. And in the novels also, he's said to be using Genjutsu to trick his opponents into thinking that he's still using Sharingan.
Kakashi will win against Gaara easily, but if Gaara transformed into Incomplete Shukaku, Kakashi would win in mid difficult fight. Only jonins who can defeat P1 Kakashi are P2 Guy, Minato jonin, Sakumo Hatake, Jiraiya.
Naruto surpassed Kakashi in terms of Raw Strength and power as a Ninja, when he mastered the Wind Style: Rasenshuriken. This is proven by the fact that he defeats a Ninja Kakashi had trouble with in his 2nd attack and pretty much one shots him.
Pros: Margarine is much lower in saturated fat than butter, and it is made from vegetable oils, so it contains no cholesterol. Cons: Although it is lower in saturated fat, stick margarine still contains about the same amount of total fat and calories as butter.
In the United States, Imperial is now a "vegetable oil spread" due to reductions in the percentage of vegetable oil in the product. However, in other countries, the product still qualifies as margarine.
