The penalties when you dodge League of Legends matches have been the same since 2013, so long-time players know the drill. You lose 3 LP and wait 6.5 minutes after the first dodge. The second dodge costs you 10 LP and puts you on a 30-minute cooldown.
A time penalty for the player (see above). This penalty cannot make a player drop ranks but will stack in negative numbers. This is capped at -100 LP. In a Qualifier Series the penalty is 10 League Points and it will count as 1 loss, this will end your series if you were 1 loss away from losing it.
No your MMR does not drop and it will also not decay from inactivity. Really the only things that affect your MMR are winning and losing. Up until last Season Queue Dodging was used to "troll" the League system by playing into a promotion and then winning one game while dodging the other one.
No it doesn't.
In theory, you can dodge as many placements games as you like, and nothing negative will happen. However, you'll might have to wait hours to queue up again if you've dodged a couple of times in one day.
After the first Dodge, you lose 3 LP and will be required to wait a total of 6.5 minutes. With the second Dodge, you will shed 10 LP, and it will put you on a 30-minute cooldown. Subsequent dodges that take place within 24-hours will have the same penalty attached.
You get roughly 20 RR for a win if your rank is synced with your RR, so that 3 RR a 15% loss just for dodging before the game even begins.
For Diamond and Master promotions, you have 5 days to complete the series before your series is cancelled. Decay does not occur for players in Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You won't decay until you're Platinum and your promotion series will not expire unless you're Gold 1 in promotion series for Platinum or higher.
Nothing. You don't lose MMR from dodging during placements. Nothing happens besides the queue dodge timer.
When you dodge a placement game in League of Legends, nothing really happens. You don't lose any LP, and you also don't lower your account's MMR, which is a hidden match-making rating in LoL (MMR falls and rises as you win and lose games).
Being demoted from gold to silver or from plat to gold – or any LoL demotion – is something you want to avoid. You can only be demoted after you have played a game and lost. Only once your LP hits 0 (or lower), and your MMR is low enough, and you lose a game, will you be demoted.
Promotion series can expire for all tiers except Silver and Gold. For Platinum promotions, you have 28 days to complete your promotion games before your series is cancelled and LP decay sets in.

If you're demonstrating a level of skill far beyond your rank, you may skip an entire division upon reaching 100 LP (for example, jumping from Silver IV to Silver II). If the difference is great enough, you may even skip your tier promos, and thus hop straight from Silver I to Gold IV without a promotional series!
No MMR Lost Even if you shed some LP for dodging an LoL ranked game, it isn't going to slow your climb one bit. The game adjusts the players' LP gains relative to the MMR. For those who are dodging many games and losing LP, with each victory, League will make up for that.
Because you cannot lose LP while in your provisionals, and dodging does not affect your MMR, you should dodge every chance you get in your 10 provisional games to give yourself the best possible chance to win every game. Dodging does not count as a loss or even a game.

“Demotion shield expiring” doesn't mean you're in trouble or anything. It just means that once that demotion shield has expired, you can be demoted. Also, low elo players always tend to blame either their teammates or their ping when they lose their lane.
Matchmaking RatingFor those wondering, MMR is not exclusive to League of Legends of course. MMR stands for Matchmaking Rating and is used to evaluate and assess the skill level of a player when it comes to ranked play, most of the time this is done by points.
Decay only occurs for players in Diamond and up, so if you're in Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum, feel free to skip this section! Reaching the top tiers of League is just the first step. If you want to keep your position, you'll have to fight for it.
Decay does not occur for players in Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You won't decay until you're Platinum and your promotion series will not expire unless you're Gold 1 in promotion series for Platinum or higher. Absolutely, you have to do it now, otherwise you'll be bronze forever.
Further violations can result in harsher penalties. If you AFK or queue dodge in a competitive match, you will lose 8–12 RR points, potentially pushing over the -30 RR loss barrier (indicated on the post-match results screen).
Wasn't even aware this was a feature. Straight out of provisionals, placed in Silver IV. Then proceeded to win a game directly after, giving me "PROMOTED 2X" to Silver II.

The total process time it takes to develop your film should be around 5 minutes. You'll want to agitate your film gently.
On average, it takes at least two years for some formaldehyde to off-gas enough in a newly built or newly renovated home for it to be comparable to formaldehyde levels of an already “lived in” home.
