approximately 4 to 5 square metresFor example, a 20kg bag of Ultra Tile Pro Set wall and floor tile adhesive (powder) will cover approximately 4 to 5 square metres of tiles, at a bed thickness of 3mm (this is how thick the layer of adhesive is). The bed layer can be up to 12mm if needed.
What happens when the adhesive is too strong? This might sound awkward, but sometimes the adhesive creates a better bonding with the substrate than with the tile, causing a weak point at the tile adhesion.
Smart tip: If you have no previous experience in working with adhesive and ceramic tiles, you should mix a small quantity of tile adhesive. Consequently pour about 1/4 gallon – 1 liter of water in the bucket, as to prepare a quantity of adhesive for 3 sq feet / 1 m2.
Proper adhesive coverage means a minimum of 85% total coverage beneath a tile for a dry area placement (most floors, fireplace, etc.) and 95% minimum total coverage in a wet area (showers, bath surrounds, etc.).

The ideal time that you should allow adhesives to set is 24 hours. If you used the right adhesives and did everything right, this time should be enough. Additionally, prevent any water penetration on the floor during the time when you allow the adhesive to set.
As an approximate guide for powder to water ratio, 20kg of powder requires approximately 4.4 – 4.6 litres of water. Never add water after initial mixing, as this will impair the strength of the adhesive. Product that has started to set must be discarded.
When deciding how much adhesive you will need for a flooring installation project, you should consider the size of the space and then add 10 percent to that for waste. Most adhesive packaging will clearly state how large an area it is estimated to be able to cover.

The coverage area would be 5.5Kg per sq. m @ 4mm Thickness.
The more water you add, the thinner the mixture becomes. This leads to less mortar molecules per water molecule. When all the water dries out, the structure is left with more air, or holes, which weaken the overall structure, causing less resilience to weight and time, shortening the lifespan of the tile job.

Choose an ideal tile adhesive for your tiles: for ceramic tiles use a ready-mixed tile adhesive or powder adhesive and a powder tile adhesive for porcelain tiles. If your tiles are larger than 20 x 20, apply adhesive to the wall and likewise on the back of the tiles.

The hotter the air temperature, the grout powder and the water, the less time you have to install it once it's mixed. As you do this tedious work, the mixed grout can harden in the bucket. This is why you don't want to mix too much grout up until you discover how fast you can use it up.
As a general rule, you'll need to allow 2 - 4 kg per square metre for the adhesive and grout, on top of the weight of tiles. This weight can vary, small ceramic tiles are usually quite light, but larger porcelain tiles can weigh over 20kg per square metre.

Polyvinyl acetate glue is best known as: wood glue, carpenter's glue, school glue, and Elmer's glue to name a few examples. However, a surprise to me was that there is no evidence that glue products are found in the environment.
"You should typically refrain from applying something to your face that isn't meant for your skin, even if Elmer's is nontoxic," he says, noting, "The glue could actually clog your pores more, and you could also harm your skin when you remove it." Celebrity facialist Joanna Vargas agrees that it isn't wise to use
