They indeed are cousins and one of them will become a titan. My money is on Mikasa, as I think Isayama will try to make it more gender friendly. We already know that Mikasa's father is an Ackerman and Mikasa's mother is from the Asian Clan, so that's a bit unlikely (but there could be Eldian blood from way back).
