Foam will be tack-free in 5-10 minutes and can be trimmed within 1 hour. It is fully cured 12 hours after application.
Immediately after applying the foam, mist it with water. If you apply more than one layer of foam, spray water between each layer to help the foam adhere. Leave the foam to cure fully, which usually takes one hour depending on the manufacturer's instructions.
Dampen for Fast Curing If you're applying foam to dry wood or other dry surfaces, or working on a day with little humidity, misting the area first will help the foam expand and cure faster.
RODENT RESISTANT EXPANDING FOAM Filling the cracks and voids with the polyurethane foam acts as a rodent barrier, as mice and other rodents aren't able to chew through spray foam insulation.
Rats can get through holes approximately 10mm in diameter, so blocking up any gaps this size or larger is the key priority. For small ones, scrunched-up wire wool can be used to block them. However, expandable foam alone will not stop rats - they will chew through it.

Finished rolls typically last two to three days, as mentioned above. In the fridge, they can last up to a week. Lastly, in the freezer, they will last up to four months. Of course, these timeframes apply to store-bought cinnamon rolls too.
Once water penetrates the tile grout, wall damage can be extensive. When cured properly, the grout becomes hard and water resistant. If allowed to dry too quickly, the grout will have a soft, chalky surface that absorbs water. As the water is absorbed, the grout swells, fractures and falls away.

Always make sure your hands are clean when touching the treated area, and do not use a Clarisonic or other powered cleansing brushes for at least one week after your treatment.
